How to use: Use it wet or dry with the sponge provided.

• Use wet for maximum coverage: Wet sponge with water for oily skin or your favorite moisturizer for dry skin and apply all over face and neck for maximum all day coverage.
• Use dry for very fine coverage: Apply dry with sponge for a sheer natural smooth look.

Best for oily skin - Lee Lovell Vogt from Las Vegas, September 19, 2011 I have extremely oily skin, which is a plus as skin ages. Even in dry Vegas I had to wash and reapply makeup twice a day. One of the top 3 ingredients is rice starch which absorbs oil. Now I wash once and reapply this with a clean kabuki brush. No more oil slick! The Tan shade is great on light skin for a warm glow.
