Using Lip Pencils

Lip pencils are indispensable to any makeup artist because they do so much.

To boost your lip color:

Apply lip liner that matches your lipstick all over lips before adding lipstick.

To keep lipstick from bleeding:

Apply lip liner matching your lipstick color along the edges of your lips before putting on lipstick.

To create a fuller mouth:

Apply lip liner on the outside line of your lips. Follow with lipstick.

To create smaller lips:

Apply foundation over the edges of your lips and carefully draw lip shape with a liner just inside your lip line. Follow with lipstick.
